Group Classes
4 - 6 people in a group class with Kelvin where Day 1 is always private, and Days 2, 3 and 4 are in a small group. You still receive individualized attention from Kelvin with your instruction.

Family Classes

Youth
Children can learn a child’s technique starting at age 4, if at least one of their parents has also learned to meditate. Adolescents (age 10-17) can learn as long as they have their parents’ permission.
The children’s technique, for ages 4-9, takes only 3 meetings of about 20 minutes each on the phone or Zoom. The cost is $100.
